INFORMATION ABOUT LEAD TIME, PROCESS, POLICY AND COPYRIGHT

1. Lead time.
All orders are processed 1-3 business day before dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays). They are often completed sooner though. Orders received after 12pm will be processed the next business day. If you need something ASAP, please contact us and we will do our best to organise this for you. 

2. Delicate items.
Some of our products are fragile and/or have small pieces. Please take care when handling and hanging them. Please keep out of reach of children.

3. Customised your own items/materials.
We do make the customised cases from your own items/materials. Please provide your case details such as size, dimension, shape, design files, images, material, quantity, and other related information.

Since every material has the different parameters and settings. Working on customer-supplied items/materials is subject to their condition, properties, and characteristics. The final result may vary, and there is a risk that the job may not be successful. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a 100% success rate. If it does not work out, we will not be able to provide a replacement item/material. Thank you for your understanding. 

If you agree, please contact us and we will provide the consent form to you. Alternatively, accepting the invoice to place the order means you agree for us to work on your provided item/material.

4. Payment.
Please keep in mind that all the orders must be paid in full before we start the production. 

5. Refund policy.
Due to our products being custom made, we do not offer refunds. If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch when receiving it, we will do our best to help you and replace the item if necessary. 

6. Copyright.
Please take note of any copyright laws relating to the file/image/logo you supply. Ensure that you have authority/copyright to use them you supply. We cannot provide our services for the designs that you do not own the copyright. By uploading/sending you agree that own them and that Smart Laser Design is released from any infringement claims.

We might share the photograph of your project on our website and social media accounts. If you are not comfortable with it, please let us know that and we will remove it for you.
