CUSTOM PRODUCTION SERVICES - SPECIAL ORDER REQUEST
For customised case, please provide the detailed information (such as material, dimensions/diameter, cutting/engraving/etching area size, image, design file (.ai, .svg, .dxf), quantity and others) of your case to our email: smartlaserdesign@gmail.com Once received, we will check and provide a quote to you. The quote is based on process time and a base fee of $15.
This page is intended for custom and commercial project enquiries only. Final pricing, production suitability, and lead time will be confirmed after project review.
A separate invoice will be provided once the project details are confirmed. Please contact us before placing any order.
How to order?
1. Tell us your details → We give you a quote;
2. If using your own item/material → give consent;
3. Book a drop-off time.
Important:
For orders using your own item/material, a signed consent form is required before proceeding, you may either:
- Request the form, fill it in, and send it back, or
- Simply reply with your name + date + custom item name (this will also serve as consent, no need to return the form), or
- Alternatively, accepting the invoice to place the order means you agree for us to work on your provided item/material (this will also serve as consent, no need to return the form).

*Please note that the quotation is valid for 7 days. After the expiration date, the pricing and processing time may be subject to change.
