For customised case, please provide the detailed information (such as material, dimensions/diameter, cutting/engraving/etching area size, image, design file (.ai, .svg, .dxf), quantity and others) of your case to our email: smartlaserdesign@gmail.com Once received, we will check and provide a quote to you. The quote is based on process time.
This page is intended for custom and commercial project enquiries only. Final pricing, production suitability, and lead time will be confirmed after project review.
A separate invoice will be provided once the project details are confirmed. Please contact us before placing any order.
How to order?
1. Tell us your details → We give you a quote;
2. If using your own item/material → give consent;
3. Book a drop-off time.
Important:
For orders using your own item/material, a signed consent form is required before proceeding, you may either:
- Request the form, fill it in, and send it back, or
- Simply reply with your name + date + custom item name (this will also serve as consent, no need to return the form), or
- Alternatively, accepting the invoice to place the order means you agree for us to work on your provided item/material (this will also serve as consent, no need to return the form).
*We do laser cutting and engraving on your own item/material. For more information, please click on "3. Customised your own items"
*Please note that the quotation is valid for 7 days. After the expiration date, the pricing and processing time may be subject to change.
