POSTAGE, HANDLING AND PICKUP/DROP OFF

1. Postage/Handling.
We offer flat rate shipping within Australia. Shipping fee’s will be added to your order during the checkout process.

We ship via Australia Post.
We take special care to ensure your product is carefully packed to avoid any damage. In the unfortunate event of your product arriving broken, please email us a photo of the damage and we will get back to you as soon as we can. 

2. Pickup/Drop Off.
We offer pickup (drop off) from our collection place. Please notify and confirm the picking up/dropping off time (specific) 24 hours prior, as immediate or unscheduled visits cannot be accommodated. Book the time before you come.

Pickup/drop off by appointment, our address: 54 Basswood Street, Algester QLD 4115. Picking up/Dropping off time: 0900 - 1700, MON - FRI.

If the time doesn't suit, we will try to arrange as soon as possible. Please wait until receiving approval of your pickup (drop off) time before heading to our collection place in case we aren’t here.
